$350/night + 9% Tax ($381.50)
Weekly rate $2450 + 9% tax ($2670.50)
A minimum night stay will apply to holiday periods or special events
12 person max on property , includes children
$100 Pet fee (per dog)
$100 Hot tub Option
7 night minimum from mid June through August
Rates subject to 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Rentals tax if less than six months.
50 % deposit required to hold any reservation.
Balance & $200 security deposit (refundable) due 60 days prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel reservation and release dates for non payment of balance
Checks are preferred
Cancellations must be received outside of 60 days prior to arrival for a refund, less a $100 processing fee.
Smoking permitted outside only
Pet Policy: ASK- owner has pets - No pets without prior approval
Well behaved supervised children welcome

birdwatching & relaxing. The deck overlooks the lake
